What do I do if I get an error message?
Of course, we make every effort to ensure that all systems run smoothly at all times. However, if you receive an error message, please contact us.
Errors can be due to the fact that an input could not be saved by us, or there is a problem with our servers.

It is best to describe briefly in your e-mail what the error is and where it occurred. If possible, please also include the device (cell phone, computer) and browser the error occurred on.
We will then take care of the fix as soon as possible!
