Maximum allowed file size
You can make your products available to your customers in two ways. As a link to an external page or as a file download. If you offer your product as a file download, your file(s) will be stored securely and for free on our servers.
Restrictions on file uploads
You can upload an
unlimited number of files for each product. There is also
no limit on file formats. For example, you can upload videos, PDFs, MP3s, ZIP files.
However, the
maximum size of a single file is 5 GB.
Note: We recommend to make sure that you offer files that work on all computer systems of your users (e.g. Windows, Mac).
