What does the complete purchase process look like?

In the following screenshots, you see the complete purchase process. Please note that in the screenshots, sample texts have been used. Messages to buyers can be customized.

After the payment has been made, customers see an order confirmation page including the order number. Once the payment has been processed, a link to the purchased product/service will appear, and an email with the link will also be sent.

The email with the order confirmation also contains the link to access the product/service, a copy of the terms and conditions as a PDF (if this option is enabled in the settings), and possibly an invoice. Invoices are only created and attached if customers have requested them during the purchasing process.
