How Do Customers Receive Purchased Products and Services?
Immediately after a successful payment, buyers gain access to your products and services. Additionally, an email with an access link is sent, allowing for future access to the purchased products and services.

Depending on the product type, what customers actually receive after purchase may vary. Below are examples of how different product types appear from the buyer's perspective.
Note: Please note that buyers always have access to the product in the condition it is stored at the time of access (not at the time of purchase). This allows you to easily upload updates or correct errors afterwards.

Newsletter
When purchasing a newsletter, customers receive an email with a link to confirm their membership (opt-in).
Appointment Booking
Upon purchasing an appointment booking, customers receive an email with the appointment time, including a Zoom link (if that option is enabled), and a link to download uploaded files. The downloadable files are provided in the same manner as the regular "Digital Download" product (see above).
