What do invoices to customers look like?

Customers can specify at the time of purchase whether they want to receive an invoice. Invoices are then automatically generated and sent as an attachment with the payment confirmation by e-mail. In this case, customers must provide their physical address in addition to their name and e-mail address when making the purchase. No invoice can be issued without this data.
All invoices contain a complete listing of the gross and net amounts, including necessary notes as to why and in what amount sales tax has been incurred.


View existing invoices

You can view all invoices sent to your customers in your Tentary account. Log in to your account and go to the orders page. Click on the orange arrow to view the details of a sale.
If an invoice was requested with the purchase, you will see a "Download invoice copy" link in the order details.
