Zoom Integration

You can connect your Zoom account to Tentary to automatically schedule and send out meeting invites when you sell an appointment booking.

Adding your Zoom account

Add your Zoom account to Tentary by going to Bookings → Other, and in the "integrations" section, click the "Connect Zoom" link. Sign in to your Zoom account in the new window and confirm that you want to connect your Zoom account to Tentary.

Activate creation of Zoom meeting invites for your products

After you have connected your Zoom account to Tentary you can automatically schedule and send out meeting invites for your products. Go to Products → New Product and select the product type "Appointment Booking". You should then see a new area with options for coaching products.

For the coaching location, you now have the possibility to select a checkbox that activates the automatic scheduling of Zoom meetings. Once you activate this setting, a link to the automatically scheduled Zoom meetings will be sent along with the order confirmation when you sell your product.

Removing your Zoom account

To remove your Zoom account from Tentary, go to Bookings → Other. In the section "Integrations", click on "disconnect" to remove your Zoom account from Tentary. Once you remove your Zoom account, you can no longer send Zoom invites along with your product sales and Tentary will no longer have access to any data from your Zoom account. Tentary does immediately delete all data about your Zoom integration.

Removing your Zoom account from the Zoom website (same effect as uninstalling from your Tentary account):

  1. Login to your Zoom Account in your browser and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage → Added Apps or search for the "Tentary" app.
  3. Click the "Tentary" app.
  4. Click Remove.
