Correct e-mail addresses of buyers

When people buy your products, it is always mandatory to provide an e-mail address. To this e-mail address, we send an automatically generated purchase confirmation including an invoice (if such was requested).
However, it can happen that a typing error has crept in when entering the e-mail address. If customers contact you in this case, you have the possibility to correct the error directly in your Tentary account.
Proceed as follows:
  1. Log in to your Tentary account
  2. Navigate to the orders page
  3. Find the order for which you want to correct the e-mail address
  4. Click on the orange arrow to view the order details
  5. Click on "edit" next to the email address with the spelling error
  6. Enter the correct e-mail address and confirm the change
  7. Finally, click the "Send now" button to resend the purchase confirmation to the correct e-mail address
After you applied the change from above, you should see the e-mail address change in the activity history of the respective order.
