Resend purchase confirmation & invoice

After the successful purchase of your products, customers will receive a purchase confirmation e-mail. This e-mail also contains the invoice for the purchase (if one was requested).
It can happen that customers delete a purchase confirmation by mistake. In these cases you can easily resend the purchase confirmation including the link to the purchased product and the invoice.
  1. Log in to your Tentary account
  2. Navigate to the orders page
  3. Find the order for which you want to resend the e-mail
  4. Click on the orange arrow to view the order details
  5. Click the "Resend now" button to resend the purchase confirmation e-mail
In the activity history, you should see that the purchase confirmation was resent.
