Resend purchase confirmation & invoice
After the successful purchase of your products, customers will receive a purchase confirmation e-mail. This e-mail also contains the
invoice for the purchase (if one was requested).
It can happen that customers delete a purchase confirmation by mistake. In these cases you can easily resend the purchase confirmation including the link to the purchased product and the invoice.
- Log in to your Tentary account
- Navigate to the orders page
- Find the order for which you want to resend the e-mail
- Click on the orange arrow to view the order details
- Click the "Resend now" button to resend the purchase confirmation e-mail
In the activity history, you should see that the purchase confirmation was resent.
